Njeri Njomo is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Officer of Jubilee Health Insurance.
She has worked in the insurance sector for a period spanning over two decades, including roles with major firms in the country.
Under Njomo's leadership, the insurance company, which is a subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings Limited, has made significant strides, particularly in strategic company initiatives.
While at the helm of the company’s leadership, Jubilee reported a 29 per cent increase in its net profit for the 2023 financial year, reaching Ksh438 million.
The rapid growth was primarily driven by investment returns and a 15 per cent rise in insurance service revenue.
During the period, Gross written premiums increased by 31per cent to Ksh11.8 billion while the number of lives insured increased by 25 per cent.
